These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of Brandify Education services globally. By using our platform, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Users must be 13 years or older. Minors require parent or guardian consent.

2. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
• Use services only for lawful, non-commercial purposes.

3. Course Access and Payments

Courses are accessible only after full payment. All prices are in INR or equivalent local currency for international users.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments to Brandify Education are final and non-refundable. We do not offer any refunds globally, regardless of course usage, completion, or access status.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, notes, and materials, are property of Brandify Education. Unauthorized use or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Termination

Accounts may be terminated for violation of these Terms or misuse of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
